Through sharing our traditional Lanna ways of life by using authentic textiles and fabrics to make our clothing and products in our shop we hope to teach Thailand and the world at large about the uniqueness and beauty of our local culture.


Different product price for international trade and local trade

We reserve price in THB (Thai Baht) for local Thai customers or customers who live in

Thailand. Overseas customers product price is in USD (US Dollar)



Presently, we only accept PayPal payments. Note that you can use your credit card to pay through PayPal.

Your SHIPPING ADDRESS must match your Paypal ADDRESS. We will only ship to the Paypal address, no exceptions.

If you live in a remote part of the world, that doesn’t have a reliable delivery service with signature confirmation, please contact us before purchasing. We will gladly try and work with you to make the transaction happen. We like to insure orders with values greater than $100 US dollars. If we can not insure your order or find a reliable delivery service, we might have to void the transaction, refunding your money.

We know customer don’t like it when parcels get lost, and neither do we.

An eCheck isn’t a bad thing, it just delays your order a bit.
If Paypal pulls the funds from your bank account and if either your Paypal account is unverified and/or doesn’t have a current credit card on file, they hold the payment for 3-5 days, just like an old school written check. So until it clears, we not allowed to ship.

I’m not sure how pressed you were for time on receiving the order. There are essentially 2 options:
1. just wait for the check to clear
2. or we cancel the first order, and redo it with a verified Paypal account.



The order will be shipped after 2 days of receipt of payment. All of my packages are packed with care, and I will keep you informed throughout the process.

We use an international tracking number, which is quite useful once you know how to use it. Let’s use shipping to the United States for an example.

We ship using Thailand Post but your parcel will be delivered to you using USPS. So the tracking number we send you, works on both of these companies websites and from our experience the delivering service, USPS in this sample, will provide the most accurate tracking information.

Your SHIPPING ADDRESS must match your PAYMENT ADDRESS. We will only ship to the payment address, no exceptions. Paypal’s rules.

Your SHIPPING ADDRESS must be your residential address.

If you choose to have your order shipped to your office, and the postal service reports it delivered, and one of your co-workers signs for the package, and you don’t received it, you assume all responsibility. We will not be responsible for items that become lost after signature confirmed delivery.

# Shipping to remote parts of the world require a contact phone number.#

Your item will be shipped by registered mail within 1-5 business days of receiving payment. We will send you an e-mail with the tracking number.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Usually items will arrive within 2 weeks of ordering, but please bear in mind that we are shipping from Chiang Rai, Thailand, and shipments may be delayed due to Buddhist holidays, customs checks, or other reasons beyond our control.

If your item has not arrived within 4 weeks of ordering, please contact us first, we gladly assist you.

Please verify your shipping address when submitting your order.

Each item will have their own shipping price listed in the product description.

— Australian Post refuses to offer tracking on International Orders
— please contact them at the 3 week mark, if you haven’t received your order

— please note, German customs can delay orders by 4 weeks. We have had to track many orders and yet to get a good answer why there is a long delay entering Germany.
— For this reason, can take up to 6 weeks for delivery.
— Our apologies, but there is nothing we can do to expedite this process
— Its a good idea to contact your postal service, starting at the 3 week mark, if you haven’t received your order.

RUSSIAN CUSTOMERS (and former Soviet Union countries)
— We 100% welcome your business.
— Orders to Russia and other former Soviet Union countries can take up to 6 WEEKS to arrive. This is not under our control. Russian POST and Russian CUSTOMS are very slow.
Cities like Moscow, usually arrive in 2 weeks. Rural areas can take many extra weeks to arrive. WE will not refund or send another order until the 6 week period has passed. We will gladly trace your order after 3 weeks have passed.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES (and invalid addresses)
— if your order is returned to us, we will require you to repay the shipping, to have us resent the order back to you.

DELIVERED – if your postal service reports your ordered delivered, yet you haven’t received the item, it is your responsibility to contact the postal service and find out where your order is. We use signature confirmation delivery. Please, at the very least, find out who signed for the delivery before contacting us. The postal service will have a signature on file.

Refunds and Exchanges

FAQ – Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

Refunds – Yes, reasonable refund.
Exchanges – Yes

Refunds are easy. If you buy something, we gift you 30 days, no questions asked, to contact us, inform us you’d like to return an item. Then you just need to ship it back to us.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Once we receive the item back to us (in its original condition), we will gladly give you a refund, less the original shipping.

We accept exchanges. subject to availability, after we receive the item back in good and unused condition.
